Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us right away if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. Please include photos of the damage and packaging, as these are essential for our courier claims process.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on your bank. Olive & Hicks uses Shopify to handle payments, and we do not store any customer card details.
